"The first initial listing of the property states that there is ample parking. I am thinking that given it’s location there would be a parking garage attached to the property. NO! There is valet parking of 34$ that parks your vehicle a 1/4 mile away in some lot. There is a parking garage a half block away though and that was 16$ for the night. Our room smelled like weed. Told the front desk they were willing to move us. My wife was already in bed. I stated I just wanted you aware so we didn’t get charged a cleaning fee. Cool elevators."

"Nice rooms, very nice staff. Parking is $15/day. No elevator access to $15 parking garage (across street from main hotel entrance). 8 flights of dirty stairs with garbageee, gum and loogies all over stair case. (Carrying luggage up/down parking staircase is a major turn off, given price of hotel. Outside hotel entrance is very dirty, downtown streets are dirty w/several homeless people asking for $. Nice small gym, great staff, very nice rooms. Just dirty outside/entrance with expensive parking and feels unsafe outside hotel. They need to pressure wash the entrance, clean up the 8 flights of stairs to parking garage and lower prices of parking. $60 to park for 4 days is ridiculous. Especially when you’re worried your windows will be bashed out and you have bloody loogies on your shoes each morning you climb back to your car up 8 flights of poopy, sticky stairs. P.S. Hotel room windows are extremely dirty. Can barely see out of them."
