Hole in wall, trash in the room from previous guests, microwave no turntable and rusted, no iron, coffee maker, only one towel, mold on pillow case, washer and dryer didnt work, no cup or water,fridge and freezer iced over, bathroom ceiling fan caked with dust and incredibly loud. Breakfast had 1 type of muffin, red apples, 2 types of cereal and waffles. Sunny D and apple juicd to drink. Sunny D is coloured high fructose drink. The cereals were both hivh sugar. I was offered a different room but when a room is that bad, none of them would be good. Staff did the best thet could and brought a bath mat andvdxtra towel. No internet.

The room was disgusting. It was the worst place I have ever stayed. Mirror, sink, counter, TV, microwave, fridge, etc were all filthy.

The bathroom was not properly clean..I had to have a manager send someone to change out the shower curtians due to the nasty what look like mold and vomit on the curtain. The sink was dirty. While in the room some walked into the room with out knocking while it was occupied.

The room was an older run down room. The first room we were given had bad stains on the bed sheets, smaller of marajuana, mold on the walls, and bugs in the bathroom. The front desk gentleman was very polite and switched us but the second room was only a tab bit better. rooms

My first time experiencing a hotel with roaches :( I also could not close the curtain that is right in front of the parking lot and had to prop up the trash can to it so that it would stay shut, sure didn't want people just looking in at me.
