The room was good but the shower was not good. Shower rod was sagging so that the curtain wouldn’t stay closed, shower head sprayed water all directions .If they would use straight shower rods they wouldn’t have a problem like they do with a curved rod .

The room was clean and neat which is exactly what we were looking for. The breakfast menu and food selections were good and fit for people on the go. The HVAC worked good and kept us comfortable. Interaction with staff was limited. Will say that the check-in process was quick and efficient.

Overall, you get what you pay for. Carpet could have used another swipe of the vacuum and the remote didn't work. Front desk said to bring up front but I was not doing that at 11pm. Staff was courteous. Breakfast was typical muffins and frozen stuff. If you aren't expecting 5 star, then this will do.

The room was clean - the person on duty came out while we had our family visit us at the hotel and claim he saw us arguing and being aggressive! We had our 2.5 year old grandson, daughter and son in law visit us and we were laughing and playing by their car - it was rude and accusatory! When I spoke the someone the next day she claimed to have been the reason the clerk came over bc she drove by and saw a guy getting “in the face” of a young female and thought he was beating her! Are you kidding me?? Or was it that we were one white person with 3 black people racism is alive and well at this Hotel? I was embarrassed and ashamed to continue staying there but had no choice since it’s all prepaid - minus the cleanliness of the room and the convenience of breakfast/coffee this was not the kind of memory I wanted to have during my first visit to Dothan Alabama. It was horrible!
