I have stayed at this property many times and I like the location (though the entrance sign could be more visible). The staff was very friendly and professional. I like the gym as well even though the equipment is turned away from the television, not really entertaining. Though there was no restaurant, loved the coffee machine and the hotel had good snack options. The only negative comments is that I think the hotel should close for a few days and bomb for the sugar ants. We had to move rooms because they were all over the place and showed up in my new room the next day. Though I know you may lose income for a few days, it's better to solve the ant problem, so there will not be a prevailing thought that there is an ant infestation in hotel and impact future reservations, which will cost more than closing the hotel. There was also an exceptional housekeeper, who was tall, dark-skinned her name was Valerie? Veronica?, I unfortunately forgot her name. Thank yoiu for allowing me to share my feedback.

The hotel was amazing. But it didn’t come with any breakfast and unfortunately, I ended up picking the day that was the most busiest football day ever in the state of Alabama. So there were quite a few patriots and residence in the parking lot in front of the hotel drinking. The lobby had between seating for 10. But it was only five in the lobby and it sounded like 40. At the time I was checking in. And it looked like the front clerk was intimidated because of their behavior. Security would’ve been ideal.
