"The rooms are small and could you upgrades. The bathroom was tiny and the toilet low and the seat barely large enough to accommodate one's derriere. I suspect someone of abundant corpulence would have great difficulty using the toilet. Likewise the shower was tiny barely allowing one person to fit inside. Because of the remoteness of the location there is no tv. The wifi worked ok. It took 3 trips back to the front desk to get the card key to work. If returning to Mesa Verde, I would probably stay there because of the convenience of close proximity to the cliff dwellings. However, I would stay only one night."

"Pool was closed for maintenance the 3 days we were there. The electricity went out for a couple of hours. The door key did not work and we had to go back down to the front desk so she could reprogram it. Not good customer service! Fan in bathroom was not working."

"Charming historic hotel in the heart of downtown. Location could not have been better. Room and bed very comfortable. You can reserve the jacuzzi for 30 minutes in a private room (the only real amenity at the property), which was terrific. Highly recommend."

"This place was amazing. There were a lot of motorcycles checking in at the same time, and the staff of Two handled it very well and got us checked in and it didn’t take all that long. The room was spacious. The refrigerator was an excellent size. There was a microwave, a coffee pot. It was clean. We even got Two free drinks at their little bar Café compliments of the hotel when we checked in and it was wonderful.. The breakfast was fantastic for a continental breakfast. It had so much to offer and it was absolutely delicious."

"The front desk representative , Sean was a five star! He was nice and super helpful. However, the first room we had the sink would not drain We unfortunately, had to move to another room, but instead of having a view on the top floor, we were in the basement first floor area. I did not ask for a compensation for the room change and none was offered. The rooms are dated . Every time you use the TV you have to go through a 5 step process of signing onto their cable and you’re unable to use any apps. I would not stay here again, but the only thing that made it good was the morning lobby representative Sean Breakfast was not bad . Good location to everything"
