"The front desk was very friendly and efficient. The room was very nice from an aesthetic point of view. However, there were a few issues. The right side bathroom sink was completely clogged and useless. The air conditioning didn't seem to work, as we set it to 68 degrees and the room temperature reached 75. We finally opened the balcony door to get cooler air. The balcony door didn't slide smoothly and was difficult to open and close. The door to the private patio was opaque glass and a light from across the patio lit up the room, so it wasn't dark. Need curtains or something on the door. On the TV, instructions said to use MENU and GUIDE, but neither of them worked, so I had to page through the channels one at a time. We didn't bother contacting the front desk, as it was late, and we were tired from a long day, and didn't want to deal with it. We were in room 403. Other than that, the room was clean and quiet as promised."
