"Left the hotel and did not stay. Asked for refund. The hotel was not as it was represented. Broken door frame, no hot water, shower not usable as no water pressure, furniture badly worn"

"The orange juice machine was broke the entire time I stayed there for 4 days and they charge double more than Walmart or gas station for bottle juice and water and food. There is only one microwave which is in the lobby and none in the rooms and this is the last time I stayed in spark by Hilton in Colorado Springs"
