This 105 m² accommodation features a bright dining room with a first small living room, where you can share good meals prepared directly from the fully equipped kitchen (gas hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster, kettle and citrus press). Then head to the second living room, larger and with television (180 channels).



Take the stairs to discover upstairs a bedroom (equipped with a TV) and a bathroom with a bathtub.



Finally, you can access the 2 other bedrooms located in the basement, one equipped with a TV and a bathroom with a shower, this level is also accessible by an access door that leads to the outside garden side.



To enjoy the sun and the Breton air, do not worry, the garden (400 m2) and the terrace (9m²) fitted out with garden furniture are at your disposal throughout your stay. On the other hand, you can also use the barbecue (charcoal), to cook your food.



You can enjoy beautiful bike rides on the greenway located just a stone's throw from the house.
