An apartment by the sea—just walk down the stairs and you're at the beach!

Apartment at the foot of the lock beach in the city center, put down your suitcases and enjoy a breath of sea air, enjoy a good drink facing the sea without forgetting the good gastronomy of Dinard .

Our apartment is on the 1st floor without elevator in a very quiet condominium, ideal for resting and spending good times for two .

A small 2 room apartment, a real little cocoon where you can live well.


You will find a shower room (hair dryer) with a toilet.
A fully equipped kitchen (hob, fridge, microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, crockery and small condiments) separated by a bar and a living room where you will find a console that can be used as a desk and which turns into a table for easy eating.

In the lounge area, you will have a BZ to read, watch TV or relax. This BZ will serve as a bed with a fairly thick and very comfortable mattress.

To distract you, you will have the connected TV (all you have to do is connect to your Netflix accounts, prime video...) and a soundbar on which you can also connect to put on your favorite music.

You would of course have the free internet connection.

For storage, you will not lack space since you will have at your disposal a large glass cupboard with a wardrobe (iron).

And to finish on a high note you will have a set of garden furniture (a table and 2 chairs bistro and electric barbecue) that you can install on the terrace of the corridor to be able to have your sunny breakfast for example.

Your days will be very busy between the beach, swimming and the shops in the city center. The advantage is that you just have the stairs to go down and you're there.
And the icing on the cake!
You can enjoy an ice cream from the famous Sanchez ice cream parlour and go to the cinema!


Possibility to park your vehicle in the street boulevard Albert 1er free of charge .

Bed linen is provided as well as 2 dish towels, a tablecloth, a washable sponge, 2 shower towels, 2 washcloths and 2 guest towels .
