The materials that make up this interior are of remarkable quality: marble, stone and woodwork of Italian origin, meticulously assembled by Italian craftsmen who have come especially to the site. Bathed in light, the spaces with generous volumes offer a refined and comfortable living environment in all seasons. On sunny days, the terrace becomes a real sun bridge over the sea; when the sky becomes more changeable, the maritime panorama remains a permanent spectacle, to be enjoyed from a warm and elegant interior.

The apartment is spread over two levels connected by a staircase.
The first level hosts a living and dining room set in a veranda, with direct access to the terrace overlooking the sea. You will also find a wood-panelled library with a sofa bed, which can accommodate a sixth guest, a large bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a second dining room, ideal for an office or workspace.

A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two bedrooms with sea views and a bathroom equipped with a bathtub. The apartment has two independent accesses: one from the Promenade du Clair de Lune, the other on the rue George V.

The LORELI III offers all the modern amenities for an uncompromising stay: a functional fireplace in the small living room, a water jet bath, a Nespresso coffee machine, high-end appliances (traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher), hairdryer in each bathroom, quality linens, and much more.
