Outside, a 22 m² terrace invites you to enjoy a sunny breakfast or a family dinner in the open air, away from prying eyes. The perfect way to make the most of long summer days in a pleasant setting.



Push open the door and discover a magnificent 80 m² townhouse with a modern and warm atmosphere. The living space comprises a welcoming lounge with its decorative fireplace, a sofa and comfortable armchairs, ideal for relaxing after a day in the fresh air or watching a film or sporting event with the family.

The open-plan American kitchen overlooking the living room is perfectly equipped: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso and Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the utensils needed to cook as if at home. A large central island awaits you for shared meals, impromptu aperitifs or simply to chat whilst something simmers! A first independent toilet is located on the ground floor.



On the night side, the house can accommodate up to 4 people in two comfortable bedrooms spread over two levels.

On the first floor, you will find a first bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and its adjoining bathroom with shower and WC. On this same floor you will also find a desk area with a small sofa, which can serve as a space to work from home peacefully. A second bathroom with shower and WC completes this floor for even more comfort.

On the second floor, a bedroom in the attic has two single beds (80x190) that can be pushed together to form a Queen Size bed (160x200). An independent WC completes this floor.



For added convenience, the house also has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and you have space to safely store up to 2 bicycles. The house does not have private parking spaces but you can park on free spaces located on the street just in front of the house.
