"Gorgeous home with lots of open dining, living and kitchen and plenty of areas to hangout. Kitchen was stocked with more than we anticipated which was great. Backyard with covered patio, hot tub and separate fire pit area was relaxing and great place to bird watch. Only thing we wish was mentioned was that even though you’re less than a mile from Devils Fork State Park you cannot walk there safely. If you go on a busy Summer and a Saturday go online and reserve your parking a week in advance to ensure you get in if the park reaches capacity (which it almost always does by 9am). It was a 3 min drive to the park and if you go later in the day it’s a non-issue. Overall great experience for family and friends and highly recommend. "

"Be sure to read the PDF Brian sends, because he adds some awesome local information. The house: Big enough for our brood of all ages! There are lots of steps inside and outside, prepare your calves for that. It's worth it, though! We had some issues with the A/C, but Brian was quick to rectify the situation. The lake and dock: The dock and view was amazing! We brought our jet ski, but be prepared for choppy water at times if you plan to keep it at the dock. We also rented a pontoon from a local company. Plenty of room for the ski and the pontoon at their amazing dock. If you plan to bring your own boat, contact Brian first. It's a very tight fit getting to the house and he would be able to advise on storage. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home and making sure we were taken care of, Brian. "
