Front desk staff very helpful. Loved the atriu husband is disabled and they have us a room on the first floor, easy to get to. Room was clean and bright. We only wish there had been plug one for heating aid and phones. I will. Stay here again when using the shuttle to the airport.

Hotel was very very sketchy and insanely dirty. These reviews claiming it’s clean are absolutely lying. I had to wipe my feet every time I got back into the bed because my feet would get caked with mystery crumbs and wads of hair. The privacy curtains didn’t close so the sheer curtains were all there was to block inside from the parking lot. Would never recommend.

The breakfast food provided was a good selection and it was hot when brought out. However, the breakfast area was very cold and that made the food cold very quickly. And food was not allowed back to the rooms. I understand why but when most of the people have to wear outside coats because the area is too cold there should be allowances made. Also the climate control in the room was rather noisy and I had to set it as high as it would go simply to get the room to the low 70's.

The staff were very welcoming and courteous. However, at check in I noticed a propane cylinder being used to heat the space at the reception area. There was another cylinder inside the main entryway. I believe this is a safety violation. Our first room didn’t have wifi so we had to be moved. At night our heating/cooling unit shut off so there was no air circulation. No window to the outside. Carpeting was good..
