Security door not closing and locking. Shower door handle broken. Sink stopper broken. Housekeeping only if you ask the night before which would be fine if that were communicated at check in; it was not. Only one elevator in service my entire four days there which led to long waits. Restaurant was 45 minutes late opening one morning. Nowhere near the property condition and service one would expect for the price paid.

The staff was great. The amenities were excellent. The AC could have been better but not complaining. The free breakfast was a great value but they only had one person running it which I understand because it's a cost. Otherwise, good overall experience. Plenty of parking in a safe place.

There is coffee in the room, but no cream or sugar. No water, and they expect you to use tap water. Staff did not make excuses; they just said we don't have any. Food in the restaurant was very salty, including the Onion Soup and Cheeseburger Quesadilla

Upon arrival, front staff did not greet me, she had an attitude and gave me the wrong room. The person working the front desk is your first impression of the hotel. While I thought the hotel was nice and clean, my first interaction with staff was negative and honestly makes me not want to stay here again.
