Hotel Stay way below our expectations.

We made the reservation 2 weeks in advance. The day of arrival, we got a message saying we'd get a text when our room was ready. Never received it. The gym had no working water fountain. The room needed some serious update to the A/C which was so noisy that, in combination with the noise of the nearby interstate and the light filtering from the parking lot, made our room impossible to sleep in. The receptionist did not seem interested in improving our stay.

I would have liked more than 2 towels and 1 wash cloth. Generally people don’t share wash clothes. Also we had a coffee machine with no coffee pot, packs of coffee with no creamer or sugars. Other than that, room was clean and it was quiet
