No air all night!

We got in late. We went to our room and it had a stale smell like the room hadn’t been opened in a while. It was also REALLY hot (80) in our room. I just figured it was because the air was off as no one had been in it. We turned it down thinking it would cool down. We all went to sleep and thankfully I have a little travel fan! It NEVER got below 80. We slept horribly. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk. They apologized half heartedly and offered me points. 🙄 Also the carpet in the breakfast common area was filled with stains. It was gross.
