Communication with Kasa was difficult. We didn't get all the information on confirmation and access codes and addresses until the day we were travelling and the info was split between a few emails. Parking was confusing and not explained well. The room was very good, but there was no hot water for half of the stay. The coffee maker had not been cleaned and was covered with mold. We needed extra pillows and a blanket but there were none to be had in the concierge closet, which also was out of regular coffee. We've decided that the lack of a front desk really does make a difference and urge Kasa to provide this service.

Overall the place was nice and in a great location. However, the service was lacking. After going out briefly to grab a coffee (in my pajamas) the door guard somehow engaged and I couldn’t get back in my room. After reaching out the hotel for assistance, I waited in the hall for almost an hour to be told it would take another 1 hour and 40 minutes (3 hour total) for them to have someone assist me. Which leads me to believe that there is no “on site team) as they claim there is.

Pros: - location is ideal, ~20 min walk to all sporting arenas, lot's of amenities nearby - price is good when split - parking is very close by Cons: - bed's are very firm. I sleep on a firm mattress but this was making me wake up with a sore side every few hours - the pullout is NOT USABLE. I split the room with 6 people in total so everyone took a turn on the pullout couch, it is all bent and tilts to the front. everyone slept terrible on it. it also sags a ton in the middle - we ran out of toilet paper, it took nearly a full day to get more from the staff - the floors were not that clean and most of the unit needs a repaint. lots of nicks on the walls, baseboards, etc. there was a big tape/glue mark on the floors of one of the bedrooms - shower takes 10 mins to get warm - the 7/11 next door can have some riff raff especially later at night Other notes: - it is noisy outside and not very dark at night but earplugs and an eye-mask (which they provided both) can solve this - the staff over text are very helpful, they respond very quickly
