Stayed at this property as we had an early flight the next morning. Shuttle service runs every 30 minutes 24/7. Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean. Lots of choices to eat around the area. Got a great deal on Expedia for $50 CDN with 2 Queen sized beds. Excellent value at their regular prices, but exceptional value at that price. Would highly recommend.

The room was supposed to sleep four, but it only had a king bed and a small couch, and the couch did not pull out into a bed and was too small for an adult. There were no extra blankets for the person sleeping on the couch in the room, and the hotel did not have any blankets available (though the lack of available blankets may have been due to a higher number of guests than expected because of a snow storm that night). On a positive note, the staff was courteous and the food in the restaurant was good.

Great stay. The hotel is super close to the airport, which made everything easy and stress-free. Check-in was quick, the lobby was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, quiet, and well-kept. Bed slept good, shower was solid, and everything worked like it should. If you’re looking for a convenient, comfortable place near the airport, this is a solid choice. I’d definitely stay again.

Check in staff was rude and not helpful. You heard everything in the dated room and light coming around the whole door plus dead bolt did not work. There was 4 cops in the hallway with another guest as I left at 4:30am for the airport with very little sleep. The shower had no door. Pictures and description was definitely not correct.

The check in took a while , only one person at check in. We requested extra bedding since we were 3 adults, the front desk told us to call later after we settle in the room,when we called couple of hours later ,she said that she needs to call house keeping and that it may take a while ...Nobody showed up..the front desk stopped picking up our calls..so one of us had to sleep on the couch on towels.. The room it self was relatively ok, but when we moved the cushins to set up the sofa bed, we were shoked by what we found under them... Over all we will never be staying here again...

Sadly, my stay started off well, but ended with a high level of dissatisfaction. The morning of departure, I spoke with the front desk for the need of a late check out (by one hour, instead of noon to 1PM, my flight was delayed). There was two attendants at the desk. One attendant was polite. The other attendant first asked my what room I was in (note, I was in a standard king). Without checking or gathering additional information, she proceeds to tell me that the latest I could start was 12:00 or I would have to pay the fee of an additional night for a couple hours after (note, I only needed one hour extension of the standard checkout time), but ok, if that is your policy, it’s noted for any future considerations for stay. This attendant was very short with me and offered no type of proper customer service. Fast forward to check out, 12:00,

I didnt like the stay at skyline hotel. Restaurant service was very poor. The server didnt actually get what i was asking for. Had repeat myself 5-6 times. Breakfast is not a buffet system its on order and the coupon i got mentioned for 2 people. Server told me that i can order only 2 dishes. Everything else is paid. No microwave in the rooms. Its mention that checkout is at 12 pm but front desk told me its 11am. Totally misguided information from hotel management.

Young tall black lady was incredibly rude at the front desk. I’ve traveled all over the world and have never been treated like this. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. She played games like when she engaged with me tried to hand her may license and credit card - which I have done countless times before. She just stared at my hand and said “ID”. I gave her my ID. The. 10 seconds later she said “credit card”. lol. And then she went into a confusing nonsensical rant about Expedia. This just sets a whole tone for your stay here. Don’t bother. There’s many other choices in the area.
