This was the worst experience. I booked from han 18-jan 20, house keeping did not show up the first day. The second day i had to call 3 times to get new towels. It took them 2 hours to give me towels. The garbage in the room was not removed and i was told that the bed lnly grts done one time. The TV did not work. I had to call to get servuce. Adter several attempts by the enginer, my tv did not work. For the amount of min3y you pay, this definitely not worth it. Valet was horrible, there was no where to park your car, i had to park in the middle of the street to get service. A cop stopped me as i was coming out and almost gave me a ticket. I had to explain that i was waiting for valet. The noise level in the area is horrible, not to mention it is a very unsfae area. Definitely not qorth th3 mon3y yiu pay

Every single thing about my stay was 10/10. The kindness from the team, they went above and beyond to give me a great weekend! The room was stunning, so comfortable and clean. Wonderful ammenities. I don’t have a single complaint except for that I couldn’t stay more days! Can’t wait to come back to Detroit and Shinola hotel!

We have always enjoyed breakfast at the hotel. This was a different experience. It took some time to get water and coffee. The server informed us that they were out of orange juice and multiple dishes, as well as syrup. We waited nearly an hour for our breakfast which was mediocre. Disappointing.
