The staff was very friendly. Our room was comfortable but the water pressure is the shower was slightly above a trickle. We only needed to stay one night so not worth making a fuss over. Other than that, it was good for a quick stay.

Airport shuttle pick-up at airport service unacceptable. When we called hotel from shuttle area as directed by hotel staff, we were told to wait at shuttle area. When we called hotel 25 minutes later, we were told to keep waiting shuttle would arrive soon. It was 1:00 in the morning and below freezing and we had to wait 40 minutes for shuttle. When complained to hotel manager, she was not the least concerned and made up excuses.

We stayed overnight due to an early flight at Detroit Metro. This hotel was perfect. Quiet, clean, and affordable. Shuttle arrived right at 5 am to take us to the terminal. Perfect spot for a night's rest before a flight.
