There was something wrong with the water. We were instructed not to drink the water and were provided with bottled water to brush our teethe. We were able to shower without any issues. I believe it was a decent hotel for the price, hopefully they've resolved the water issue.

The staff as so friendly! Our first room had quite a musty/moldy odor. They quickly gave us another room that as much better. However, the city was under a boil water notice and we were not informed. We were filling our water bottles, brushing our teeth, etc. and had no notice that we were not supposed to drink the water. Very disappointed in the lack of communication.

Would stay again because of customer service

Immediately a pot check I panicked because there was hockey teams throughout the entire hotel running rampant. They don’t have an adult only time at the pool, which also made me very nervous. The gentleman at the front desk (Zac) made us incredibly comfortable and got us a room on the top floor so that way there was at least not somebody above us. Through small talk, the hotel noted that it was our anniversary that we were staying for. From start to finish, they made sure that our experience was amazing. They presented us with an awesome gift basket. Multiple times, they checked in with us to make sure that we were comfortable. The bar was open and the bartender (Megan) was absolutely fantastic. Based on the hospitality, we would stay there again undeniably even with the rambunctious traveling hockey teams.

Loved our stay!! We were checked in very quickly went to our room and everything was exactly how the pics were online. Front desk was very attentive asked if we needed anything and made sure we had everything we needed. Bed was was VERY comfortable and room was huge!! Will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit!!
