Staff was great. Main party of facility was good and clean. Room had dog kibble on the floor (didn’t really bother us but showed a lack of house keeping quality). Balcony had pigeon droppings and strong odor such that the space was unusable. Beds and room were comfortable.

When I arrived at the hotel desk I had to wait fifteen minutes before the receptionist showed up to the desk. The room was dirty. The bath tub had a dirty ring around it. There was hair in the towels. The floor wasn't vacuumed. I won't recommend this place to anyone. It is ridiculous that I had to put 100.00 deposit for that hotel

I checked in and my son noticed that the bathroom faucet was leaking and could not be turned off. I went to call the front desk to let them know, the phone didn't work. I walked down to show them a picture I took & all I was told is you won't be charged. Later on in the night I discovered our TV had 2 channels and they weren't event clear. Furthermore, waking up in the middle of the night I almost slipped when walking into the bathroom because the leak from the faucet must have worsened. The carpet was soaked in front of the vanity sink area, so wearing shoes was required. While checking out the staff informed me that my room should have not been checked out to anyone, however there was nothing they could do for me.

I went to this hotel to have a staycation. My room was ok. The bathroom had a foul smell (thank goodness I had essential oils on hand). I asked the front desk when I checked in what are the hours for breakfast and he said 6-9am. When I got downstairs at 8:15am There were 25 people there wondering where the breakfast was and not a staff member in site. A staff member came 15 minutes later and stated she did not work in this area and let her find someone for us. When the male staff member came (with an attitude) he stated that there was only continental breakfast on Weekdays. He put coffee out and left. The pool looked nice. At night there were children running down the halls and knocking on doors. I had to call the staff from my cell phone because the room phone was not working and it was handled. Overall I would give this hotel a 5 ojut of 10

The room was grotesque.

Terrible experience. I booked a 4 day stay at the Sonesta. Immediately upon entering the room I started itching and could tell that the room had been wiped down and not thoroughly cleaned and disinfected from the previous guests. After inspecting thoroughly I found a half cleaned toilet with caked up feces and urine attached to the inside of the toilet bowl, a dirt shower, and small blood stains on my sheets and pillows. I will never stay at this location again.
