The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was disappointing. Although clean, there was peeling and chipped paint on the ceilings and walls. Sink area and mirrors were nice. I liked how there were multiple mirrors in the bathroom. The front desk staff was efficient and kind. Would have liked if they provided more info such as breakfast and shuttle operation.

TERRIBLE! NO hot water. The first room they sent me to didn’t have any water to the shower at all. Changed my room That room seemed clean with the exception of some shorts hanging on the top of the bathroom door. Got charged a much larger deposit than advertised. Could not find anyone to assist me with check out and a lady was sitting in the lobby who never got her wake up call and was just hoping her shuttle would show up. I’ll never stay there or recommend it again.

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have been in. It felt like I was laying on springs only. There was only one washcloth in the bathroom. The front desk person was not friendly when we checked out. Also there was no coffee in the room and when my husband went down to get some he was told they didn’t have any and he could use the coffee from the lobby. I expected much more from a Radisson hotel. I don’t think I would use your hotel again. Also there was only one plug in the room and it was not with any USB ports. Luckily we brought some plugs with us but if we didn’t have any our phones would have died and we probably would have missed our flight. I am very disappointed in this hotel.

Well we asked for shuttle for 4:30 am Monday November 17, 2025. We got down to the lobby at 4 am and the place is deserted. There was no one at the front desk. We called telephone numbers listed on business card from Radisson hotel but no answer. Well finally almost at 5 am I walked over to Embassy suites and their shuttle driver was kind enough to bring us to the airport. We left a note and our key cards at the front desk and left. We were just able to make our flight thanks to the staff at Embassy Suites and hotel.
