Was down with family for a Celebration of life for a family member. Stayed two nights. Continental breakfast was a few selections to choose from and the breakfast sandwiches provided lady kept over cooking that you couldn't bite into the sandwich. The second morning the employee for breakfast didn't show up so the front desk told mutliple of us I don't care that's not my job to take care of so on top of money for the hotel and breakfast they say they have we didn't get that had to go out to get breakfast on Sunday morning 10/12/2025. Under sofa beds they do not vacuum, was on the second floor and the room reaked of cigarettes. Pool was very heavily chlorinated our whole family had to leave the pool and hot tub as it was burning our eyes and had one of the kiddos with asthsma that couldn't stop coughing due to it. Will not thinking about staying in a Fairfield inn or Marriott again. Do not recommend.

I booked a 3 day stay and requested to have my room cleaned and new linen on the 2nd day and housekeeping didn’t show up or cleaned my room. I went down to the front desk and was told they were short handed. I had to take my own garbage out and go to the front desk to get clean towels and wash cloths.

Theft.

We were traveling to a job site and spent the night at the hotel. When we woke up in the morning, we found our vehicle had been broken into and $30,000+ in tools had been stolen. When we asked for video for the theft, we were informed the area we were parked in was not covered by video. We have no way for the police to identify what was stolen. Both sides of our vehicle windows had been broken out. We were told by the police, this was a common problem at this hotel. As a contractor, if you have a contractor vehicle DO NOT STAY HERE.
