Checked in was smooth and the lady at the front desk was very friendly. However, when we got up to our room lights were on, pizza box on counter and bed was a mess. The hallways, elevator and lobby area need to be cleaned. You can tell it’s not routinely done.

Clean room. Midnight staff was so nice and made my nightmare of a trip more bearable. Day shift staff left much to be desired. They acted like I was bothering them and I felt talked down to when I finally got their attention.
