No internet, fuzzy blurry TV, Lumpy pillows. Beds sunken or broken down at the middle, alarm clock emitting static noises in the middle of the night and the tub had large portions of porcelain/plastic finish missing. The linens and the bedding and rooms were all very clean. The furnishings are worn out and in dire need of replacement. Front staff, London, was charming and kind and tried to accommodate by moving rooms but one worn out bed was just a little less as bad in the next room. The hotel is just worn out. Not a Wyndham level name sake I would ever expect.

The room was dirty and run down. Bathroom tub shower was not acceptable. Two of the pillows were not acceptable. Lumpy with no shape. The noise from the hallway was constant well into 2:30 am. Someone loudly knocked on our door at 2:00am. When I looked through the peep hole there was a naked woman in the hallway talking loudly and getting a towel from a cleaning woman. Absolutely disgraceful experience.

Don’t count on transportation. It is a racket. Room was not clean. Found a pair of earrings by the bed. Would not recommend at all. Came home from vacation to have to wait 45 minutes for a shuttle, which ended up picking us up but then drove us around to other places to deliver customers. Drove right past our stop. You also have to leave your car keys with the hotel. Don’t go there.
