Clean room with good space. The facilities are not new but they have been remodeled and still some areas are in that process, perhaps some details need to be taken care of. The customer service was normal, nothing outstanding. I found this hotel with a promotional price, for that cost I believe it worth it, however, at a full price there are definitely better options.

My experience was terrible upon arrival they forced me to get a room other than what I purchased because they said even though I had small children the room could not fit us. We still only shared the one bed that was a king in the suite they forced us to get. When arriving to the room construction blocked our way the entire time and even woke us up the next morning. It was a very big safety hazard to put 3 small children near that. The room was filthy and so was the pool which we did not stay in long. When I went to explain my issues to management he yelled at me called me a liar and scammer because I didn't put my children on the room. And said i didnt care about them anyway because i ran out to get my car and sat them on the couch. They were rude and disrespectful!

Cabinet for the refrigerator and microwave was broken, door falling off. Bathroom atteched to room was dirty, shower - hair was left in it from prior occupants. Shampoo, soap, and conditioner very small packets enough for only 1 person when it shows in pictures the shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash is in shower in dispensers. Tv - limited cable. Breakfast was about the only good thing there. Trash found in elevator, stairwells. Pool area was cold and pool towls empty.

They had construction going on all weekend on the same floor right next to our room very loud drills from 8am until whenever they decided to stop Front desk did never gave us a pre warning during check in Spoke with Front desk about the situation they did absolutely nothing about it Will never stay here at this location again

Price of incidental charge raised, but nothing in the hotel was different than last time I stayed. Cracked Tv screen, the small convenience items were very limited and my incidental payment hasn’t been returned more than a week later. I reported the broken tv the night of my stay and the morning leaving and the night front desk associate ignored me.
