This hotel has been recently renovated and everything was fantastic. Starting from the friendly and helpful staff to the clean room and the amenities. The pool area was very well-maintained and clean and the hot tub was very relaxing. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I travel to this area quite a bit for work and will definitely stay here again!

Found a roach or some type of insect in the tub, along with hair and some residue on the toilet. The toilet seat should really just be replaced. I booked this hotel because of the pool and hot tub availability, called ahead of time to confirm, and spoke with the same person on the phone who told me it was closed. Passing the pool, there was water in it and seemed like it was working but nobody wanted to tend to it? Just disappointing experience.

The staff was great. However cleanliness overall was lacking. Not because of the painting and new carpet being installed. There is built up dirt in corners and edges, both in common areas and in my room. A good deep cleaning is needed. Then someone needs to check behind the cleaning staff.

2泊滞在して、2泊目に部屋の掃除をしてなかったので、フロントに聞きに行ったら、朝の11時までに掃除の申請がなかったので、今日は、掃除はできないと言われました。 チェックインの時に、そういう説明はありませんでしたといいましたら、フロントのテーブルの真ん中を指さして、ここに書いてあるだろうと言われました。新しいタオルを渡されて、ごみは自分でドアの前に置いておくようにと、ビニール袋を渡されました。ごみは、朝まで、ドアの前にあり、不衛生だなと思いました。フロントの男の人は、とっても感じが悪かったです。

The property was fine The room was fine The staff was fine The two problems were the overwhelming marijuana smell outside the building as you walk into the door and then in the morning all the workers eating breakfast you can barely even get in there that get anything and then even after they're done they just stay in there and sit and take up the chairs and tables
