Receptionist was rude, I asked for another blanket she said she’d see if she had one, no follow up. Blanket in the room had a huge burn hole, no insulation so we heard plans all night sounded like they were right outside our window. Bugs in the bathroom.

I need to apologize to the staff of American inn and suites. I had a racist and narrow view of my visit. Though the hotel was old and smelly, it was as clean as could be expected. The staff may have been missing some teeth and in their fuzzy slippers but they were kind and helpful. The next night of my trip I stayed at Baymont and the elevator was broken and the front desk girl gave me the wrong key 3 times before getting it right and threatened to kick me out because I was tired and frustrated walking up to my room so many times and not being able to get in. Travelling sucks, but at least you gave me a cheerful smile and great attitude. Thank you.

Our room was clean, as were the hallway and breakfast room. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is close to the airport, which was our reason to stay. It was a nice place, especially for the price. I was surprised by the $50 deposit, but that could've been something I missed reading online.

This is a cheap option when you are waiting overnight for the next flight. You can call the hotel to pick you up from the airport, and they can also drive you to the airport if you make an appointment with them. But I was never so scared in my life while I stayed in this hotel.
