"Very comfortable bed and room. Friendly and welcoming staff at reception, and they gave us a lovely warm cookie on check-in. The only downside, was the sign in sheet was printed in incredibly small font, and the printer clearly needed a service and some ink."

"Had to ask for a room change on arrival as too many steps at various intervals on way to room E.g bathroom had 2 step drop into the room. Not ideal for elderly couple. Having said rhat one has to remember that it is one of the oldest buildings in the town. This was our second stay there and will be back ."

"Nice little find…. Greeted by lovely staff. Room clean and nicely decorated, looked out to a magnificent view. Impressed with the bar and conservatory and again the view. Had a long journey so we decided to eat a evening meal at the hotel. Was not disappointed, the food was superb. Enjoyed the pool, steam room and sauna the following day. Very clean, could not fault. Left the hotel feeling very satisfied with our choice and would love to return again. Ideal area if you want to visit the ‘Clarkson Empire’ and Cotswolds."
