The staff was very friendly and when there was an issue with the sink in the bathroom, they promptly took care of it and gave us vouchers for the bar. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was amazing!

The staff were wonderful , generous and very helpful with all the questions I had during my time there for almost a week. Do check with the lovely folks at reception about taxi , car hires and to get any information about facilities around there. Restaurant staff were equally wonderful and accomodative all of which made my stay there very relaxed.

I have stayed here one or twice a year over the last four years. The staff are great, very helpful and friendly, the breakfast is good, although the later you leave it the less choice there is and some of the cooked food is looking less appealing. My room this time was nice and on the opposite side to the 303 which was good but the bathroom was shabby. Which is why I am saying my stay was ok. The bath was broken on the side, the shower screen leaked and was worn with mould on the sealant. the bath was marked on the inside as was the bathroom floor and finally the toilet cistern leaked, so there was the constant sound of running water. the sealant around the cover over the toilet was in a bad state of repair as if someone had tried to fix the toilet but given up and left in a shabby state. Will i stay again next year ? I will be googling to see what the competition looks like, something i haven't done the last three years !!

Great check-in, easy free parking, welcoming and efficient check-in staff. Great first impressions of hotel, modern and clean. Room was nice, modern, comfy, clean, but bathroom needed some TLC - broken toilet flush button, missing towel rail on wall and broken towel hanger in shower. Let the room down. Overall though a good hotel in a convenient location for Wiltshire.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. But, the climate system was noisy on all settings and had to turned off. The room safe was at floor level which meant that you had to get on the floor and put your head down to carpet level to check it was empty! Very badly thought out -most unlike H. I.! Staff were nice. Breakfast was good. Felt that the company standard has deteriorated though. Have they had the company accountants in by any chance??

Delicious breakfast with good choice. Spacious room, nicely furnished, great wallpaper. Food in restaurant was good with excellent service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful art throughout the hotel. We stayed there to break our journey to St Ives, extrememy convenient and well located. Would highly recommend.
