Compare Hotels with Balconies in Noosa

"The room was tiny! No drawers, only a very small open wardrobe with 2 coat hangers. Nowhere to put cases. Bed right up against the wall so very awkward. There was a courtesy bus into Noosa but we only found out by talking to a staff member, lack of information off anyone . No lift so we had to carry our cases up flights of stairs. On our departure there were 3 staff members who could see we were struggling but offered no help. Difficult to check in no-one around , we had to ask bar staff what to do. Sunday night hotel closed up by 9pm we had great difficulty getting back in, had to go thru their late night bar and security had to get someone to help us to our room. They are more concerned about the new extension bar/meal area don’t seem bothered about the actual hotel side. It is in a great area tho but wouldn’t stay there again. "

"check in staff were really helpful and friendly which started our stay very well. The kids all loved the games room, pools and tennis court and the location and proximity to the river were fabulous. Great value stay!"

"Loved the friendly atmosphere, great place to stay BUT it was dirty, mould around vanity taps, mouldy and dirty shower, dirty widows, dirty tracks, inch of dust under the couch, found an old water bottle there when I was looking for my other shoe. Reception area quite dirty. So much dust that hadnt been vacuumed up at side of beds and skirting boards. What a shame it needed a good clean!!"

"Not a 5 star. Breakfast was basic. Needs another restaurant for amount of guests. We made a reservation for the restaurant and when we arrived they had no table for us. Ran out of pool towels twice in the few days we were there. "
