The room was definitely clean and tidy. Furnishings and appliances seemed due for a bit of a refurbishment though. The frypan looked on the verge of triggering the electrical safety switch. The bedrooms having slats directly above the living area meant that noise of any volume travelled easily. Pool area was great, location is great.

The room wasn’t clean enough. The kitchen and bathrooms in particular had built up grime. There were also marks and stains on doors and surfaces. Kids socks were black from walking on the floors. No cleaning materials provided. Beds were clean. The staff were friendly enough, but there were too many rules and regulations for the kids to be kids. It felt a bit like prison with the strict entry/exit system. The rubbish rules were very strict, as was the parking. I wouldn’t stay again.

The unit had eveything that was needed. The only issue was the garage that cane with the unit, our car did not fit so there was no parking for it available near our unit.

Stayed here 15+ years ago several times with families and kids and it was brilliant then. Now, just the two of us…it was great. I would not stay anywhere else around Noosa. Gympie Terrace has everything you need for dining options - the boathouse is the best for happy hour! Load up at Dan Murphy’s and Woolworths nearby, cruise around Noosa without fuss walk/drive…couldn’t get more relaxed if I tried - the main pool area is awesome, and super friendly staff too.

Location, villas and amenities were good. Lots of visitors parking if you have more than 1 car per villa. We had issues with the lights in the toilet and bedroom. They tried to fix it but because it was a weekend, they couldn’t complete the task. We ended up having to use a lamp. Recommend checking all lights, aircon, fans are working before renting the room out.
