Room was in good condition, no issues we just wished items such as rubbish bags, towels amd toilet paper would be stocked up in the room but we had to pick up daily. Internet speed and wifi was very slow too. Staff were overall good and co-operative. We tried to get a 2 hr extension on check out as it was very hot and we have a 4.5 month old baby and 4 year old but we were only allowed 30 mins extra to 10:30 despite being an Accor member. Overall a good experience for the first time in Noosa. Hoping these little things can be improved for a better experience

Great location, spacious room. Was ground floor spa facing a bit damp smelling maybe due to some heavy rain and was peak season so busy turnaround but it wasn’t cleaned very well and was quite grubby plus some clothes left by bed from previous guests. No option for streaming tv in that room or casting only 2 toilet rolls for 3 people and no fresh towels over 6 days but there was a washer dryer we could use. Staff are always great and pool is a good size.

Hotel needs maintenance, a good clean and update. Location was good. 1 bedroom suit needed a good clean, update and maintenance. Couches and dining chairs visibly dirty, need a steam clean. Bathroom tiles stained with grime, kitchenette has no exhaust fan so room fills with smoke. Extra safety lock on door didn’t work

It is not cheap for Sunshine Coast but if you want to be in Noosa heads it's a prime location right on Hastings. Nice big rooms. Wish that they had more view but right in the heart of all the restaurants
