"Perfect location, excellent breakfast but the room really needs to be renovated. The lobby looks new and modern but definitely not the rest. Bed was comfortable but there's no power socket near the bed and everything is very old."

"Nice updated hotel, with extremely friendly and helpful staff, the service was excellent. The rooms are very nice, although the hot water in the shower was inconsistent, especially in the morning when it was likely under strain from many guests at once. The main challenge is that the wifi in the rooms is shockingly problematic, I haven't had such issues at any hotel in years - and this was after they moved my room because the first room wifi was basically non-functional - but still the wifi only works very well in the lobby. The quality of the breakfast food is good, but the variety of options could be improved."

"Overheated room with no way of cooling (aircon not working). An horrendous sewage smell in the mornings. Initially thought was in the room, but the whole area was very smelly - apparently “it’s normal”"
