My only minor criticism is that the on-site restaurant/bar hours were a little erratic, but there's plenty of options within a very short (and safe) walk. "We had a very nice stay. Started and ended with the warm welcome of Manasvi. In the restaurant we were welcomed with a smile every time by Ms. Thani at the restaurant welcome desk who was very hospitable and good for a small chat to provide good info about what to do in the evening in the hotel. Lokesh helped us very well at the dining table and frequently asking kindly if anything else is needed. The highlight of service was a girl from Mussoori - we did not catch her name at the several times we met, since it was at closing time and we were engaged in conversation or she brought us something to try as well. She is very service oriented, works with a smile and is very enthusiastic about her work and that of the whole restaurant team. Keep up the good work 😃The buffet is highly recommended and don’t forget to grab a fresh masala chai."
