Nice Hotel and Comfortable Stay

We stayed at Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Dwarka from 27th to 30th July 2025 and had a pleasant experience. The hospitality was warm, and the staff were very courteous and attentive. They even provided us with an extra bed, anticipating our comfort which was a thoughtful gesture. The rooms were spacious, with a modern and well maintained bathroom. Housekeeping was prompt, efficient, and well organised. The kids especially enjoyed the swimming pool and the staff there were friendly and helpful making the experience enjoyable for the whole family. The food was good though a bit on the expensive side. That said, there are nearby options available and opting for the breakfast only package can be a practical choice. The hotel’s location in Dwarka is slightly far from the airport and other major city attractions so it’s important to plan for extra travel time especially during peak traffic hours. Overall, a comfortable stay with good facilities, friendly service, and family-friendly amenities.

Seepage on the walls, stagnant water in the bathroom. Fungus smell in the room. Renovation all around the hotel. Felt like the hotel across Delhi railway station. Staff were very good. Amazing breakfast options.
