"The location of this hotel is superb, literally across from the train station. So the ease from the airport onto the PisaMover( direct monorail from airport) into the Pisa Central makes the start of our stay so relaxing. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, they showed us how to get to the leaning tower and told us how long it would take us to get to it. I was a bit concerned about the possibility of the hotel being too close to the train station because of the noise of the trains. I didn't need to worry as the hotel room was so quiet. I came to Pisa with my sister to celebrate her 60th, i contacted the hotel beforehand to ask thrm to arrange a nice surprise for her which included chocolate, prosecco, balloons , cake and a lovely card from the hotel. I of course had to pay extra for this but the way the staff presented it was wonderful and seeing my sister's reaction was priceless. We each had a single room next door to each other and the room was extremely clean, modern with a fantastic shower. Breakfast was good, enough to eat although i would have preferred more choice on hot food but that's my opinion. The freshness of the food was excellent so perhaps im a little picky wanting a bit more choice. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and I wouldn't hesitate to come back . "
