The space in our room was perfect. We were greeted with a smile and a bottle of wine which we exchanged for a fruit platter aonce we don't drink. The room had everyrhing we needed including a view of the basilica. The room was clean, with chocolates on our bed. The bathroom waa equally spacious. Modern design meets old world charm.

The hotel was amazing. Warm and inviting. The rooms were fabulous, high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail. The lobby of the hotel was welcoming and friendly. The staff were absolutely amazing. So friendly, welcoming, helpful and polite. The buffet breakfast was excellent and again staff were amazing. This hotel is one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in and would highly recommend a stay here for anyone visiting Budapest.

The staff at Hotel Moments went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was thoroughly considered and every anticipated need met. There are umbrellas for the rain, a tea and coffee service in the lobby 24/7, and the concierge makes local reservations and inquiries upon request. The breakfast buffet was abundant, with the manager, Benedek, on hand to ensure everything was refreshed and staff were assisting as needed. I truly could not have enjoyed my time at this hotel more!
