Hotel Moments Budapest is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The staff was wonderful, friendly, and accomodating. Breakfast was well-presented and delicious; plenty of varieties to choose from. Room was clean and good-sized, and beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was fairly decent in size; sink counter top could do with more space, but otherwise doable if you remove the provided hotel amenities, tissue box, etc., and use the space for your own toiletries. Bathroom could also do with more towel bars/hooks, as it was a bit challenging finding a place to hang your wet towel or change of clothes, especially when sharing a room with another person. Shower water pressure is decent. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Hotel Moments Budapest to family and friends.

Perfect location

We've had a great stay. The rooms were large and spacious. The beds were comfy and the air con was nice and cool. Very close and central to everything you'd want to visit being in Budapest. The staff were friendly throughout. Breakfast was standard fare for buffet breakfast. A couple of niggles were the uht milk in the hotel room one was off and that wasn't pleasant. But we ask for replacements and received them. Also my partner requested hair conditioner could be brought up as the water is hard and needed this after a shower. It did take 3 calls to reception over a 45 minute period, in the end reception brought it up. We requested a late checkout before we arrived but our cards weren't working and we had to reactivate at reception. All minor things. The hotel is very beautiful and the complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby was very welcome.

What a fabulous hotel! Room was ready on our arrival which was a bonus! Location was fantastic. It was so quiet and peaceful. Staff were lovely. The room we stayed in was so spacious. Breakfast was great and never had a problem in obtaining a table. Loved the tea, coffee & water facilities in the lobby were a great touch.

The hotel's location makes most sites walkable. The hotel is beautiful, with touches such as both sun shades and blackout blinds on the top floor sloped windows. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were super friendly. We loved the touch of the 24 hr coffe/tea/hot chocolate station, especially when the wind got brisk. The breakfast was plentiful and when we would be checking out long before breakfast, a to-go meal was prepared for us to take. Really, our only "complaint" was the on site restaurant was very specific - Lebanese/Syrian, so we did not eat there for dinner.

The hotel staff and the hotel were great and located in a good area for transit and food. The spa area and gym were extremely small. The bed was the worst bed I've ever slept in. We did ask for the additional pad to be placed on the bed and some extra pillows which helped but I think laying on the floor would be softer. Should have tea bags in the room, they do provide a kettle if asked. Breakfast was good and had a gf bread option. There was a lot of cross contamination risks with the utensils on the buffets.
