"room floor was dirty. Pills laying under middle night stand. Bedding wax disgusting and looked like someone slept with make up on and they didn’t change the pillow case but just flipped it over. Shower had nasty hair all over the wall. Pillows were uncomfortable. Watched an employee check a couple into a room that was already occupied. Train will keep you up all hours of the night. Rooms aren’t very sound, you can hear everything in other rooms. "

"What they advertised was misleading. The fireplace didn't work on the lobby and we wanted to sit by the fire after a cold and rainy day. The refrigerator in our room was full of old food, drinks and snacks. It makes me think if they really cleaned the rest of the room. One of the beds was broken. I sat in the end of the bed and it ripped about half way up in the air. Really disappointed. Not worth the $300+ I spent! "
