Thank you to the staff here in Bozeman!!! We arrived after a 12-hour drive (we sorely miscalculated our drive) and we were beyond numb when we checked in. The next morning my husband had a sudden medical emergency and they not only called 911 for me, but without hesitation booked us another night because it was obvious we weren’t leaving the next morning. Thank you over and over again for the helpful, friendly, accommodating and everything else positive we experienced here with the staff!!!! And we already booked another reservation here for our return trip in another week. Hopefully it will be a lot less frantic and stressful for them!

Overall, the accommodations were adequate. I will recommend that people not stay in the rooms directly above the lobby. You can hear all the chaos of the breakfast and the breakfast cleanup, which involves them putting the chairs on the table and there’s really no way to do that quietly. The staff, this is coming from somebody who has worked in customer service for 30 years, were ambivalent.
