"We arrived very early to get a parking space as parking is difficult otherwise. We were checked on later by a friendly receptionist who double checked our car registration ans showed us she'd entered it correctly on the computer. She asked if we wanted to book breakfast but we didn't. When she handed us the key we were surprised to find it was exactly the same room as the one we'd stayed in last week. Again it was clean, and spacious with a nice shower. Lovely building and very situated for all amenities"

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding that ensured a great night’s sleep. The décor was modern and inviting, and all amenities were in excellent working order. The bathroom was clean and stocked with quality toiletries, and housekeeping did an excellent job throughout my stay. I particularly appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a busy day. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any requests. The hotel’s location was also convenient, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of the room and the level of service provided. I would happily stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience."

"Lovely family friendly hotel. Only down sides upon arrival we were asked to pay a deposit per night for potential damages even though we had fully paid in advance of our stay. This wasn't mentioned when booking and we were told we couldn't check in until we made the payment. Hotel was noisy at night as we were on the second floor and had people above us, below us and all around. The fire doors in the corridors slam constantly through the night with people returning to their rooms at all hours. We had an adjoining door in our room which just had a bolt on it which went into someone else's hotel room which worried me when travelling alone with a young child and wasn't mentioned upon booking. We had noisy people in the next room with young children who kept trying to open the adjoining door. Unfortunately the indoor pool , changing rooms and spa facilities were unavailable during our stay due to refurbishment. They do not have enough sun loungers around the pool and people fill the ones available with towels to save them hours before they swim. breakfast was great with a good choice of pastries, cereal, fruit and hot food. My daughter loved the outdoor pool. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We loved it is a dog friendly hotel. In a great location right by the beach and a lovely park. We enjoyed the walk down the pier, shops and restaurants. There's a lovely library area in the hotel and we also had a safe inside the wardrobe in our room. We would stay again."

"We could not stay at This property . It was poor condition and the room we booked was not provided. It was hot , no ac and not even a fan was provided . The bed was shocking , The outdoor pool was closed and overgrown and mouldy . My wife has poor knees and could not have used the shower over bath. This hotel is a 2-3 star . We had staff revving motorcycles under our window and talked loudly."
