I stayed with my husband and dog as we were visiting our daughter who lives in the area so we didn't have breakfast or drinks. Hotel was very clean and very eco friendly. The parking was incredibly full when we returned after a dinner in town but we did find the last spot and they sign posted for the overflow car park - luckily didn't need it.

Modern, clean and comfortable. Great little gym but not suitable for more than 3 people max at a time. Definitely recommend. Beds very cozy, great night sleep.

Large modern hotel, well appointed and stocked, like most major cgain exoensive to eat and drink. Large car park although chargeable. Located on outskirts of Exeter some 20 mins outside the city centre.

Staff were lovely, and a very clean modern hotel, however where this hotel is net zero, unfortunately that means it massively compromises on luxury, no tea and coffee in rooms, no air con yet really thick duvet and you can't open the window, bed uncomfortably and sheets and bedding aren't soft where they're sustainable, toilet roll is like sandpaper, so you have to be very into being 'eco conscious' to compromise on comfort

Lovely decor

Lovely decor in the room and public areas of the hotel. Fabulous bed linen and a really comfortable bed and quilt. Plenty of power sockets. Food lovely - we had evening meal and it was extremely tasty. Stunning desserts and excellent selection of english wines. Location excellent, just off main road but very quiet.
