"My stay was great, now I truly understand the term ‘pura vida”; thank you to Priscilla and Jose, Felix , and the many other workers and staff(too many to recall all the names), from the staff at its 5 o’clock somewhere to the banana wind restaurant as well as the Italian restaurant Capriccios Pizza Bistro & Cafe and of course the swim up bar License to chill, it was amazing. So much I can say the front desk, housekeeping always accommodating and understanding; to make me and my family stay pleasant definitely a place to go!!"

"This was my first time in Costa Rica and at The Riu Palace. I was very happy with my stay here, everything exceeded my expectations! The staff was very welcoming and friendly, Shout out to the wait staff/entertainment Josi, Anderson, Isac, and Max! This crew really was Phenomenal!!! They made us feel like family. The food was delicious and had such a wide variety of options, the rooms were super clean and spacious. Overall I give this resort 10/10, will definitely return with my family. Pura Vida!!"
