The room was not spotless, and the bathroom had clearly not been deep cleaned. There were many hairs from whoever was in there previously. The sink and counter was also not ideal. The hairs all over the floor, especially under the sink and in the corners of the room were really off putting. The bed was also not fully properly made but everything seemed clean. The coffee bar was messy and the towels were not stacked neatly, leaving a feeling as though the room wasn’t properly prepared. Aside from that, everything was good and the check in and shuttle were convenient. My shuttle driver to and from was amazing, so friendly and kind.

Was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Outdoor pool on fourth floor had great views of the surrounding city, and a nice poolside bar. The mall with food choices is a quick walk with a connected hall. We ate at spaghetti factory and was again surprised by the flavors and still al dente pasta. Staff was very helpful and also got us the shuttle to airport at 3:40 in the morning. Very quick 5 minute trip to airport so it’s very convenient. Driving from Quepos or south can sometimes be riddled with traffic so staying over night in San Jose is a lifesaver. Will definitely choose here. Again

My parents stayed here for a night due to a long overlay and this hotel is amazing. They arrived late at night and the shuttle was already waiting for them at the airport which I appreciate so much! Then they had to leave very early the next day and the shuttle was ready for them to head back to the airport. They staff was amazing and the hotel was beautiful.
