"Nice hotel for inexpensive cocoa beach, not really on the beach though but easily walkable and good play areas, breakfast and location."

"The room was clean and nicely decorated. The hotel is currently upgrading around their pool area, so there's some construction areas blocked off. The pool was open during normal hours. My only complaint was that there was a rocket launch the next morning and the staff didn't mention it or have signs about it. They have an astronaut statue in their lobby, so between that and being so close to Kennedy Space Center, I'd think they'd make a point to share that info with their guests. I would have loved being able to get up the next morning and see the rocket launch. Another reason for guests to know is that the room was slightly shaking during the launch and without knowing what was happening, it could be scary for some people. It felt like a train was passing by for 15-20 seconds. A short time after that, we heard a sonic boom as well."
