"all the value is in the outdoors and amenities you get access to. the rooms needed some updating. unfortunately we got the room next to the elevator and it was very noisy. the doors were warped and they all slam so hard. our door night latch was broken, the air conditioner didn’t work for the first 24 hours, the coffee maker was broken. and if you don’t slam the doors, they won’t close all the way. some of the adventure park slides weren’t in service which was a bummer for my older kids. but the rooms got cleaned very well each day. food was mostly good. the adventure park lines were really long, and it took half a day to get a tube for the lazy river. beaches were pristine, servers were nice. i wish there was more beach side service. bring your walking shoes! you will be walking ALL DAY!"
