The hotel staff were very friendly and our room was clean. Des Moines was very busy that weekend with a lot of travel sports/events, and the hotel accommodated groups well.

The hotel was nice, the room was clean. The pool was NOT heated and was freezing. We had family from in town come to the hotel to visit while we were there, the staff was very huffy about us being in the lobby/ breakfast area. They do not have a meeting/ conference room we could use. Breakfast was ok.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. Rooms are very spacious. We were there for only one night but the amenities also looked great (pool, fitness center, breakfast area). We were able to grab a few bites for breakfast before our departure. Great value.

Very nice hotel in a convenient location for a developing suburb. Could have been a bit cleaner. TV out of order upon arrival but quickly addressed although the TV was rehung a little crooked after reset. Shower was a bit weak, normal for all newer properties, but bathroom sink and vanity were very tall. Odd, I'm average height, 5'9" and I had to stand on toes to reach everything. For wife, 4'11", almost unusable. Breakfast was hot and fresh, decent selection, but same both days. Out of state car parked next to mine during the night was found to have 2 people sleeping in it. When reported to staff, no action taken. A decent hotel and I would consider staying again to see if anomalies have been addressed.
