I booked 7 rooms for my family to stay overnight for a wedding luncheon the following morning in early January. Check-in was easy, even though the rooms were all booked in my name and we all arrived at different times. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Our rooms were very clean, modern and roomy. Parking was convenient and the free continental breakfast was more than adequate. The location was also great.

Hotel overall was fine. But didn’t feel clean and definitely is time for an update. Dingy paint colors, very broken down bed, not comfortable. Terrible water pressure. Heat was very inconsistent.

Door lock in room was misaligned and could not lock room door. Shower took 10 minutes to warm up in the afternoon and the water never got hot. No problem in the mornings. Now the big problem: The shower spray was pathetically weak and just drizzled instead of providing a refreshing shower. This should never have happened. Otherwise I would have rated this hotel a 4 or 5 stars.
