Our room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. We used the app to check in and out, so the only contact we had with staff was in the morning at breakfast. The women we talked with were friendly and helpful. We would stay again!

Very Comfortable stay for our family and other softball team families that stayed there as well. I appreciate the pool staying open late so our players could enjoy a nice swim even after having to play the late game that night.

staff was great about helping us to get into our room. Our card wouldn't work on the first room they assigned us. Second room it worked. They were patient with us as we had to return three times. Only downfall of the stay was the hall was really hot. not air conditioned.

Breakfast was good.Room was clean. Parking was free. Only one elevator was working, delay with being checked in, hot tub jets were not working, pool was murky, the gym had broken equipment, ice vending machines were out of order, clean up crew were working after 5 pm while new guest were checking in, and staff didn't seem attentive.
