Clean, good for a one night stay. The elevator broke down and we didn’t know it. I was stuck inside for about 5-7 minutes. When I did get off because I called my husband who kept trying to get the doors to open, the front desk attendants didn’t seem concerned at all. They told my husband it could be 30-45 minutes before it was fixed. Luckily that didn’t happen. I won’t chance that again. Will not be staying there ever!

Food was awful. Eggs were lukewarm and tasteless. Sausage was undercooked. The orange juice was warm out of a supposed to be cooler. All in all, a shameful effort. Grade F!

Stayed at the same time as a youth hockey team. The hotel either didn't provide the team with any behavioral guidelines (curfew, noise, conduct in common areas, etc.), or they just didn't bother enforcing them. The kids were playing hockey in the hallways until close to 1am. Kids were unattended most of the time, and when their parents/chaperones WERE there, they were making noise too. The best I could get from the desk staff was an offer to move me up to the 4th floor to a room right off the elevator, which would have resulted in the same problem. It was awful. Do yourself a favor and don't trust this place with your sleep. Once they've got your money, you're on your own.

It was a perfectly adequate stay and met our needs with a reasonable price. We slept well and found the room to be comfortable and quiet. The bathroom lacked places to hang clothes, toiletry bags, and towels, which was our only complaint. I would not hesitate to book here again.
