Checkin was good, the room nice but using the tv was complicated. No instruction of any sort!
Then I tried to log into the Marriott website to use my phone AND tablet and could not connect. We got a phone number to the IT person and he could not figure it out after 15 minutes! So I gave up. Periodically I tried but even this morning I could not connect. The front desk could not help. About 1.5 hours before check out it went online. At checkout I shared my frustration and the desk said”oh yea, we had trouble the last 2 days”. And why did the checkin not know that?
I am very very upset and disappointed.
